We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to oversee our company’s core product development team that drives our product across multiple countries and offerings. Create and maintain the delivery strategy for a broad portfolio of tech teams, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
Define the way of driving these programs and processes and constantly find ways of improving them in a data driven manner.
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
Communicate cross-functionally across various teams, organizations and internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts.
Lead the team's innovation efforts, bring in new ideas and technologies.
Identify and manage the risks associated with projects and programs to achieve project success.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and work with a number of resources within a matrix environment.
Lead Agile/Scrum teams and coach tech/product leaders
Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, track and report progress
Work with the Engineers, Design, Data, QA and product teams to make sure there are no Blockers for the project delivery.
Get involved in product development from the ground up to chart the future of Flo.
