Defining the Product Strategy & Roadmap
Conduct market discovery to understand Gas Retail requirements, regulatory constraints, and customer needs.
Define a clear product vision that balances short-term operational success with long-term electrification goals.
Develop a phased roadmap, prioritising key initiatives to onboard early customers and scale efficiently.
Establishing Partnerships & External Alignment
Leading Execution & Customer Onboarding
Design and implement the Gas customer onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sign-up to active billing.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to integrate Gas data into billing and dashboard systems.
After the initial phase is successful, you will shift focus toward medium- and long-term goals:
Scaling Growth & Driving Electrification
Scale the Gas customer base significantly, ensuring operational efficiency and strong customer retention.
Design strategies with Sales & Marketing to optimise acquisition and engagement.
Use customer insights and market data to refine and expand the Gas Retail offering.
Advocate for policy alignment with stakeholders to transition Gas customers to electrification.
Representing the Product & Driving Change
Act as the voice of Gas Retail in leadership discussions, influencing company strategy.
Champion the electrification transition, aligning internally and externally with Flo’s mission.
