Initially, focus for this role will be on:

Preparing the Australian business for entry to the regulated segments of our energy market, in particular:
Ensuring our customer acquisition and reseller channels are ready to start onboarding AU customers via multiple channels.
Ensuring our internal tools and processes are fully compliant with regulatory standards across all Australian energy markets
Define the benchmark against which the business can align its residential Standard Operating Procedures

Help us define our App strategy

Along the way, you’ll also play a role in:
Helping us optimise our customer journey capabilities across the markets we service, via standardisation or (where necessary) harmonisation
Working with our New Products team to Identify opportunities and integrate CERs into our customer journeys eg: rooftop solar, house battery, EV
Supporting our Marketing team as they integrate a new Marketing automation platform
Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with internal Sales, Customer and Market Operations teams will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.
Likewise, you’ll participate in (or drive) customer discovery activities, design and run lean experiments to test hypotheses, and help grow our reliance on data to inform the decisions we make.
Note that this role will require some deft time management to ensure teams working across Australia, Singapore and Europe are aligned to and focused on the right things.
