What you will be doing:
Primarily, but not exclusively:
Delivering Salesforce and other system capabilities for our Sales and Operations teams.
Leading (or participating in) discovery sessions to define and prioritise scope
Managing a backlog of prioritised work for our cross-functional customer journey team
Ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept up to date on progress and where appropriate, engaged to make decisions regarding scope or timelines.
Publishing PRDs for each feature (at commencement) and release notes for every feature released (completion), along with key milestone updates during delivery and post release performance reports (KPIs).
Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with internal Sales, Customer and Market Operations teams will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.
Likewise, you’ll participate in (or even drive) customer discovery activities, design and run lean experiments to test hypotheses, and help grow our reliance on data to inform the decisions we make.
Note that this role will require some deft time management to ensure teams working across Australia, Singapore and Europe are aligned to and focused on the right things.
You will be a good candidate if you:
You’ve got experience in the AU energy space - C&I especially
You’ve spent at least one of the last three years working on Salesforce (or an equivalent CRM)
You’ve got experience in automation across different platforms/environments (frontend and/or backend)
You’ve dabbled in multi-platform experiences
Your learning agility and growth mindset are a source of frequent comment by peers and mentors.
Any of these will help you get up and running faster:
You’re au fait with Behavioural Analytics, or can show us you’re data literate
You’ve had a go at designing, running and assessing lean experiments
You’ve got a collaborative approach to working
Bringing order to chaos via product thinking and prioritisation is your superpower
You have familiarity with UX principles
