What you will be doing:

As our People Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Operations team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. You will help manage employee data and ensure smooth processes across the employee lifecycle. Including administrative tasks related to hiring and talent acquisition. We are looking for a can-do attitude, and your ability to approach tasks with enthusiasm and resourcefulness will be key to your success in this role. And of course, we are there to support you along the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Assist with offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

  • HRIS management: Maintain and update our employee records in our HR systems with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. 

  • Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding general inquiries, People policies, and employee benefits. You assist the team in resolving employee concerns and issues in a timely and sensitive manner, ensuring positive employee relations.

  • Recruitment support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and onboarding communication for new hires - ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

  • General administrative support: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting letters, contracts, and certificates.

You will be a good candidate if you are: 

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or People Operations role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

  • Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and employment regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and recruitment tools.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

  • You are Singaporean or PR and fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Extra points if you:

  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, growing company. 

  • Have experience in recruitment administration or talent acquisition.

  • Are tech-savvy!
