What you will be doing:

The People and Culture Admin provides essential day-to-day administrative and logistical support across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate data handling, smooth onboarding coordination, and timely support for all internal processes, helping create a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance and efficiency. We are looking for a can-do attitude, and your ability to approach tasks with enthusiasm and resourcefulness will be key to your success in this role. And of course, we are there to support you along the way.

Key responsibilities:

📂 Administration & Process Support

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Manage filing of employee documentation for compliance and audits.

  • Track and support routine HR processes (e.g., probation, internal moves, contract changes).

  • Collect and organize employee documentation for contract generation, benefits enrollment, and visa/work pass processes.

  • Prepare standard HR documents (contracts, letters, forms) with attention to detail.

  • Own and maintain checklists and trackers for onboarding, off-boarding, and HR cycles.

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics such as welcome packs and equipment and IT setup in collaboration with other teams.

  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding and off-boarding documentation and checklists.

  • Perform system housekeeping tasks (e.g., deactivating accounts post off-boarding, keeping platforms up to date).

  • Proactively suggest workflow or documentation improvements to enhance HR service delivery.

  • Serve as a first-line HR support for general employee queries, escalating where needed.

  • Assist the P&C team with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects.

📣 Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Support onboarding communications and prepare documentation for successful candidates.

  • Collate and maintain information resources, including preparation and regular updating of factsheets.

  • Generate weekly and monthly hiring status reports for Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders.

  • Assist with job postings on Jobsbank.

You will be a good candidate if you: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 4-5 years of HR experience, with good working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.

  • Familiarity with MOM processes such as work pass applications, quota/levy management, and renewals.

  • Basic knowledge of statutory contributions (e.g. CPF, SDL) and familiarity with relevant grants (e.g. SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit)

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and general HR tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with employees.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • You are Singaporean or PR and fluent in English (both written and verbal).

  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for people and culture.
