We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Operations Team and execute the delivery of our Tenant Management Solutions. We are looking for a hands-on individual who’s able to deliver. What you will be doing:
Assist in various projects that aim to improve operational processes and support the growing business in Tenant Management & Solar solutions. This involves setting project timelines,coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule
Work together with Tenant Management Solutions Operation and manage the tenant move-in and move-out process for key account customers
Coordinate with our vendors for meter installation, meter reading, invoices and meter-related issues. Be available on-site where required to oversee new project implementation
In collaboration with Sales and Customer Operations, attend to customer’s enquiries and troubleshoot customer’s issues
Own and coordinate the landlord, tenant & solar accounts invoicing process and assist customer operations in addressing landlord, tenant & solar accounts billing-related queries
Participate in process, system improvement discussion and development for tenant management solutions
Assist in various projects that aim to improve operational processes. This involves setting project timelines, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule
Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and logistics coordination of meters
Support tasks assigned by the Head of Sales, Tenant Management Solutions, as and when necessary
You will be a good candidate if you are:
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in electricity retail industry is an added advantage
An all-rounder with good interpersonal and management skills to collaborate both internally and externally to deliver the best customer experience
Ability to excel independently with a strong sense of ownership
A passion for people with an interest in renewable energy and a natural curiosity in technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Extra points if you:
Have relevant exposure to the energy market
Possess a basic understanding of cross-functional processes and financial concepts related to operations and cost to serve
Are tech-savvy!
