Role Description: 

We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager to support and enhance our invoicing solutions across various customer and product segments. This role will focus on optimising invoicing processes for our key markets, currently Singapore and Australia, with expansion plans on the horizon. The ideal candidate will play a key role in refining our invoicing experience to meet diverse customer needs while driving efficiency and growth

What you will be doing:

This will change as you and the business grow.

  • Product Understanding and Insight Gathering:

    • Gather insights on business and user needs to understand product performance and improvement areas. Share regular updates and feedback with lead and product managers to maintain strategic alignment.

  • Documentation and Training:

    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product documentation and ensure it is accessible to relevant internal teams. Conduct training sessions for new product features to drive adoption, address questions, and support a smooth transition.

  • Business Analysis:

    • Perform analysis on current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) product states to identify improvement opportunities and potential features that enhance the product’s relevance and value.

  • User Feedback Management:

    • Collect, and track customer feedback, collaborating closely with customer-facing teams to turn insights into actionable product improvements.

  • Triage and Investigation of Support Tickets:

    • Efficiently triage and investigate technical support tickets, identifying and addressing common issues to improve the product experience.

You will be a good candidate if you are: 

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and can work independently to build relationships within, and across teams.

  • Have good written and verbal proficiency in English.

  • Are proactive and detail-oriented, with an analytical approach to problem-solving.

  • Have familiarity working with engineers, and in a cross-functional team (plus points).

  • Have familiarity in product management or business analysis (plus points).
