Follow up with customers to ensure overdue amounts are paid promptly
Report and alert any exceptional and problematic customers and perform appropriate actions (which include collection strategies) to minimise bad debts
Working closely with Customer Operations and the Finance team, and where applicable, ensure smooth customer service delivery for Tenant Management Services
Ensure transactions (collections) are recorded accurately and timely into the financial system
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned if necessary
Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function
At least 2-3 years(s) of working experience with customer collections
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management capability
